Exercise

We all know exercise is good for us. Some will consider doing exercises for weight loss, others to stay in shape or fix an injury, while others perform exercise to improve there athletic performance. There is no right reason. All reasons are good!!  Exercise can be as simple as working in the garden, doing some dancing or it can be hard core weight training , aerobic workouts or endurance activities. Exercises can be done at home , at a class , in gym or health club or pretty much anywhere you want. There is no need to spend money, there is no need to compare your self to others. Exercise is simply about improving your physical condition from where you are today. I have included throughout this web site exercises that are simple and some that are complex, all should be clearly explained and understandable. With any new program do not push yourself to hard. Start off slowly with gradual increases in intensity or resistance. If you have any pain stop immediately. Exercising properly is not meant to hurt but to provide positive changes that will encourage continuation.
